Vehicle Wrap & Modifications Service Agreement

Vehicle
1. Scope of Work
ModifyWrap agrees to perform the services selected and finalized in the approved quote and booking associated with the above Booking Code, including all specified materials, finishes, and installation labor (“Services”). Only the services confirmed in the final quote and reflected in the booking system form part of this Agreement.
2. Dedicated Time Block & Appointment Policy
ModifyWrap operates as a private, appointment-only vehicle wrap & modifications studio with limited capacity and dedicated installation resources. By confirming this booking, the Customer reserves an exclusive, continuous time block for their vehicle, beginning at the scheduled drop-off time and extending until completion of all agreed Services. No other vehicle may occupy this reserved time block.
3. Drop-Off & Business Hours
Standard operating hours: Tuesday – Sunday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Monday: Closed. Drop-off must occur within business hours unless written approval is granted by ModifyWrap. Special arrangements outside standard hours may be subject to additional fees.
4. Temporary Hold Policy
Upon submission of a booking request, the selected time block is placed on a temporary hold for six (6) hours. During this hold period: (i) this Agreement is issued for digital signature, and (ii) a deposit invoice is issued. If the Agreement is not signed and the deposit is not received within the 6-hour window, the reserved slot is automatically released and may be booked by another customer.
5. Deposit & Payment Terms
A 30% deposit of the final confirmed service total is required to secure the booking. The deposit is applied toward the final invoice. The remaining balance is due upon vehicle pickup. The deposit becomes non-refundable once: (i) this Agreement is signed, or (ii) materials are ordered, or (iii) the reserved time block begins. The deposit compensates ModifyWrap for reserved studio time, preparation, scheduling, and lost opportunity to accept other bookings. One reschedule may be granted with reasonable notice, subject to availability. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Estimated Duration & Completion
All time estimates are professional approximations. Completion may vary due to vehicle condition, surface complexity, material behavior, and curing requirements. ModifyWrap reserves the right to extend completion time to maintain quality standards.
7. Storage & Pickup
One (1) business day of complimentary storage is provided after completion notification. Additional storage may incur daily fees. Vehicles left without arrangement may be subject to storage charges or legal remedies under Ontario law.
8. Warranty
Film Warranty: Covered under manufacturer warranty terms. Workmanship Warranty: ModifyWrap provides a lifetime installation warranty for lifting, bubbling, or adhesion failure, excluding normal wear, impact damage, improper care, chemical exposure, or pre-existing paint conditions.
9. Paint & Surface Condition
Customer acknowledges that aged, repainted, repaired, or coated surfaces may affect adhesion and film removal. ModifyWrap is not responsible for pre-existing defects or paint failure.
10. Care Responsibility
Customer agrees to follow all post-installation care instructions. Failure to do so may void warranty coverage.
11. Limitation of Liability
ModifyWrap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of use, income, or resale value. Liability is limited to the value of the Services performed.
12. Force Majeure
ModifyWrap shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including supplier delays, equipment failure, power outages, extreme weather, or acts of God.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
14. Digital Acceptance
Electronic signature constitutes full legal acceptance of all terms and authorizes ModifyWrap to proceed.
